Products presented on this website are sold through Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the
merchant of record. Gumroad handles payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax and VAT,
and processes refunds.
What we sell
Digital products delivered as an instant download after payment. No physical goods are
shipped. The scope, format and page count of each product are stated on its product page.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw
from the purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason.
For digital content, this right can expire early if the checkout separately asks you to
consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of
withdrawal. It is not yet confirmed whether the Gumroad checkout includes this as a separate step. Until this is confirmed, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full as a precaution, whether or not you have already downloaded the file.
Refunds outside the statutory right of withdrawal
If a product does not work as described, if you were charged more than once, or if you
cannot access your download, contact us and we will arrange a refund.
Because these are digital files that cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds simply
because a product has already been read, unless one of the situations above applies or you
are exercising a statutory right.

Email support@knuthventures.com with your order number and a brief description, or contact
Gumroad support directly at support@gumroad.com.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business
days depending on your bank or card issuer.
